I study educational equity in the context of medical education


I use tools like design-based research  and qualitative research to answer pressing questions about equity, engaging marginalized individuals and communities in co-creating programs and study designs that honor their lived experience and challenge existing structures. My work spans learner assessment, curriculum development, and program evaluation. 

Currently, I'm an Instructor of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania and a PhD candidate in Health Professions Education at Maastricht University.
